Puparatzi is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Please note, due to Chinese New Year holidays, all orders placed on or after 26th January 2022 will be processed, however, will not begin shipping until 7th February 2022. This may cause delays for your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season depending on local postal office capacity.
Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they’re available. So, if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Taxation & Duties
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties (especially for Express Shipping shipments)
We do normally mark our shipments at an extremely low value to avoid taxes and duties, but in rare occasions shipments may still get charged.
We ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect, nor do we calculate the VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Any additional shipping fee incurred due to duty and taxes rejection will be borne by the buyers.
These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.
