How do I contact customer support?

Just head over to our "Contact Us" page and you will see every way you can contact us. Your best bet in contacting us would be through our email [email protected] 

We typically reply within 24 hours.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. If for some reason our logistics team cannot fulfill your shipment to your country, we will let you know immediately and process a refund for you.

Is there a store locally I can go to?

We are an online business only at the moment. If in the future we do have a store, you will know for sure if you are on our mailing list.

Where do your items come from?

We source our items from all over the world to ensure they are unique and something you cannot find anywhere else. We have warehouses in the U.S. as well as Asia and Turkey. We will send items from our different warehouses depending on the items you bought.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

We do charge cancellation fees if your order exceeds a business day. Our cancellation fee is 4% of your order.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 3-day money back guarantee. If within the 3-day period if you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email with your order number and contact information to [email protected] We will walk you through the refund procedure. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed (exceptions applied). Purchases shipped worldwide arrive 10-20 business days after the order date though this may still vary depending on the availability of the courier provider and location.

Keep in mind that we ship items as soon as they're available. So, if there's more than one time in your order you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We'll send you separate emails confirming your shipment along with tracking numbers.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

How do I sign up for the mailing list?

You can sign up for our mailing list on the bottom "footer" of the page. It should say mailing list and the button subscribe.
